A Workshop was organised by Women Cell to create paperbags
The Women Cell organised a Paperbag Making Workshop aimed at promoting eco-friendly practices and encouraging students to adopt sustainable alternatives to plastic. The session was led by Ms. Sujatha, an expert in craft-based skill training. The workshop began with a welcome address, highlighting the importance of reducing plastic usage and the benefits of using reusable paper bags. Ms. Sujatha provided a step-by-step demonstration of paperbag making, explaining various techniques, folding methods, and ways to enhance the bags with creative designs. Participants enthusiastically engaged in the hands-on activity, creating paperbags of different sizes and styles. The event successfully combined environmental awareness with practical skill-building, inspiring participants to take small but impactful steps towards sustainability.
