MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad, organized a Job Fair in association with G-TEC Education, creating a dynamic platform for employment opportunities and industry interaction. The event attracted over 500 job seekers, showcasing strong participation and enthusiasm among candidates. Around 45 companies from diverse sectors participated, offering a wide range of career opportunities. The recruitment drive was highly successful, with 89 candidates securing placements in various organizations. Additionally, more than 300 students were shortlisted for further selection processes, reflecting the quality and potential of the participants. The Job Fair enabled direct engagement between employers and candidates, facilitating recruitment, skill evaluation, and career awareness. This initiative demonstrates the college’s commitment to enhancing student employability and building strong industry connections.
